Who we are
Remint is the controller of the details you give us through the forms on this website. This notice covers those forms only: the stock list form and the quote builder.

What we collect
When you use a form on this website, we collect:
- Your WhatsApp number, including its country code.
- Your email address, if you choose to give one.
- If you use the quote builder, the details of your device: the type, brand, model, storage, its condition and any notes you add.
- Which page you used the form on, where you came to us from, and any campaign details in the link you followed.
- A record that you ticked the box to say you are happy for us to contact you.
Our website host also logs technical data when you visit, such as your IP address and browser details.
Why we use it
We use your details to send you the stock lists, quotes and offers you asked for, by WhatsApp and, if you gave us an email address, by email. We also use them to reply to you and to keep a record of your consent.
Our lawful basis
Our lawful basis is your consent. You give it when you tick the box on the form. You can withdraw it at any time by replying STOP to any message from us, or by contacting us. Withdrawing your consent does not affect anything we did before you withdrew it.
How long we keep it
We keep your details until you opt out, or until 24 months pass without any contact between us, whichever comes first. After that we delete them.
Your rights
You have the right to:
- be told how we use your details, which this notice does;
- ask for a copy of the details we hold about you;
- ask us to correct details that are wrong;
- ask us to delete your details;
- ask us to limit how we use your details, or object to it;
- ask for your details in a format you can move to another service; and
- withdraw your consent at any time.

Complaints
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your details, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), the UK's data protection regulator, at ico.org.uk. We would like the chance to put things right first, so please contact us.
